Teacher - student ratio is maintained to ensure that personal attention paid to each student keeping in view the individual differences.

Participative and interactive approach is followed in the teaching methodology where in small groups of students discuss the subject matter and exchange views and moderated by the teacher.

VIDYASHRAM aims to provide all round modern education, maximum opportunity to encourage initiative, self reliance and leadership qualities, special efforts will be made to identify special abilities and talents that the child may have.

Club and various social service programmes are organised by the school to inculcate the value of dignity of labour and compassion towards the down trodden segments of Society.

As a part of overall personality development programme students are encouraged to participate in various hobbies and activities which are conducted through various clubs and different occasion like Teachers day, Children's day Sports day and other National festivals.

• Date and time of entrance examination is confirmed at the time of registration.
• The entrance test will be conducted in the basic subjects ie ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE
• Selection is based on merit and other eligibility criteria. The decision of school authorities is final.
• Both the parents are supposed to be present at the time of interview.
• Admission fee, first term fee has to be paid along with books fee at the time of admission

School starts at 8.45 a.m. Classes Commence at 9 a.m. and lasts till 4 p.m. with a lunch break and two short breaks.

All the children undergo Physical Education Training like games, sports, mass drill and yoga from 4 to 5 p.m. and Long bell at 5p.m.

Evening classes for high school children starts at 6 p.m. and ends by 8 p.m.

The institute conducts examinations in all the three terms. Evaluation is continuous and internal assessments are made in every term.

Students are considered for promotion on the basis of their performance in these exams and tests.

• Students are requested to be dressed neatly in accordance with the rules of etiquette, decency and modesty.
• Relevant text books and exercise note books that are bought to school should be properly wrapped with brown paper.
• Students should converse only in English in the school premises to acquire greater skill in the use of language.
• Maintaining punctuality, time consciousness and following routine of the day today schedule is a must for every bonafide student.
• Persistent disobedience, unruly behaviour, indecent or filthy languages will not be tolerated. Children will be warned and if they trouble again, the pupil will be expelled.
• No jewellery must be worn and we are not responsible for the loss of valuables.
• Arrears of fee is not allowed.
• Attendance during unit tests and terminal examinations is a must, as they are not conducted again
• An explanation in written must be sent to the principal by the parent whenever a child is absent from the school.
• Every student is required to undergo the course of P.E.T. (No student will be exempted from it)
